My Acting Performances

Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast 2024
Baldwin Wallace University
I recently completed my third and final year with BW's Rocky Horror Picture Show Collective. It was a bittersweet moment. I love this show for the community it has provided me. My roles for the 2024 Shadow Cast were the Lips Feature and a Transylvanian.
Uncommon Women and Others by Wendy Wasserstein
Baldwin Wallace University
During October of this past year, I played Holly in Uncommon Women and Others. My college produced it as a staged reading, and we incorporated some blocking throughout. I loved this process; I had the privilege of working with such thoughtful and wonderful people, and the script is so impactful.

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard
Baldwin Wallace University
I don't have production photos from this play, but it was memorable. I acted as the English Ambassador from Hamlet and as a royal attendant for Gertrude. We built a rich world with limited resources. The best part, though, was all the card games backstage!
Henry VI Pt. I/II
Baldwin Wallace University
This performance was a unique challenge. It served as the final project for my Acting Shakespeare class, taught and directed by Andrew Nogasky. Using a version of Henry VI Pt. I and II that he created, we staged our one showing outside in true Shakespearean fashion. My roles were Duchess Eleanor and Alanson, and I loved the differences between the two.

The Laramie Project
by Tectonic Theatre Project
Baldwin Wallace University
Not only is this play deeply emotional, it was also my first time playing a Muslim onstage. Zubaida Ula is, of course, a real person, and infusing her lived experience with mine was so special. She was one of my seven roles, as it's a true ensemble piece. One challenge was my missing opening night because I had COVID.
Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast 2023
Baldwin Wallace University
This was my second time performing Rocky at BW, and it had already grown so much in only a year. For 2023, we moved from one of the smaller theaters at BW into the multi-level Student Activities Center. I played four roles: Magenta, Eddie, Lips Feature, and Transylvanian.

The Secret in the Wings
by Mary Zimmerman
Baldwin Wallace University
To date, this production is still the largest one I have ever acted in, and I was elated to be cast. It was the 'mainstage' production of the season, and I made sure to learn everything I could. My characters were Blind Queen, Snake Singer, Evil Mother, and Mama.
Jekyll and Hyde
Western Reserve Playhouse
This was my first foray into true community theatre! I loved how committed everyone was. They were there because they appreciate the process. I was dance captain of this production. I enjoyed coordinating "Bring On The Men" both as dance captain and an ensemble member.

Crimes of the Heart
by Beth Henley
Baldwin Wallace University
I played the brash Chick Boyle in this production. I must say that being chased out of a room with a broom was very fun. We put this staged reading together in a week. On the day we took photos, my dress hadn't come in yet, so that's why I am repping Hadestown.
Julius Caesar
Baldwin Wallace University
This was the first play I was ever cast in at BW, which automatically made it a very gratifying experience to me. It was also my first time working with hardcore Shakespeare, and being thrown into the deep end as a senator who kills Caesar was awesome. I played Metellus Cimber. It was a majority-genderbent cast.

Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast 2022
Baldwin Wallace University
I was lucky enough to be a part of the very first shadow cast for Rocky Horror at BW! We were such a small group at the start, and we worked so hard to pull it off. The thrilling end result was worth every rehearsal and late night. I was the Lips Feature and a Transylvanian.
Verbatim Theatre on Objectification
Baldwin Wallace University
This project is one I hold close to my heart. It was the final for my Fundamentals of Acting class in freshman year. We devised a 25-minute verbatim theatre piece on objectification and sexual assault. My professor believed in our group so much that she had us perform it the next semester as its own show.

Urinetown: The Musical
Saint Edward High School
I was in this musical in my junior year of high school. Though I went to an all-girls school, I acted at my brothers' alma mater. Being in Urinetown was what made me believe I could pursue theatre. The joy and community I felt during this process is something I still treasure to this day. I played Penelope Pennywise.
